Do you get an error in your log files telling you that the file "
MSOffice/cltreq.asp" does not exist but it was requested by an application?
Well here's the reason:
Most likely your visitor has Microsoft Office and internet explorer installed on his computer and, in his browser, he left enabled the "discuss" toolbar that will request for these two files on every site that he is visiting to determine if the Office Server Extensions are installed.
You're not supposed to do nothing as this is not an error of your server, he's just acting normally as the request could not be followed. The problem is somewhere in the air, "
MSOffice/cltreq.asp" being requested by the visitors computer. However, if it's bothering you and your site resides on a windows server, you could install the Office Server Extensions and the two files will also be installed. That's just about everything.
